Experience the World with Someone Who Has Been There.

At George Wisdom Dream Vacations, we believe planning a vacation shouldn't feel like a second job. There are thousands of destinations, cruises, resorts, tours, itineraries and ways to experience them. Finding the right one can be overwhelming. That's where I come in.

I'm George Wisdom, founder of George Wisdom Dream Vacations and a retired Army veteran with 20 years of military service. My connection to travel began long before I became a travel advisor. I've spent 18 years living abroad, including four years in Germany before my military service, and additional years in Germany and Latin America during my career. Living abroad gave me an appreciation for experiencing places beyond the typical tourist path—and taught me that the best travel experiences often come from understanding what makes a destination special to the person visiting it. Today, I bring that perspective to helping my clients plan their own adventures.

Your Dreams. Your Budget. My Expertise.

I don't believe there is one perfect vacation. There is a perfect vacation for you. You may know exactly what you want—a Caribbean beach, an Alaska cruise, a European river cruise, a ski vacation or a trip to Ireland. Or maybe you simply know that you need to get away and aren't sure where to start. Either way, my job is to help you make sense of the possibilities.

I listen to what you want from your trip, understand your travel style and budget, research the options, and sort through the details. I also draw on my industry knowledge and professional travel contacts to look beyond the obvious choices when appropriate.     The goal isn't to sell you a vacation. It's to help you find the right vacation.

Where Can We Go?

My travel expertise spans a wide range of vacation experiences, including:

• Ocean & River Cruises — From relaxing ocean cruises to immersive European river journeys, cruising can be an incredible way to see multiple destinations while unpacking just once.
• European Travel — My years living in Germany gave me a firsthand connection to Europe, and I especially enjoy helping travelers discover the history, culture, food and experiences that make the region so memorable.
• Alaska & Adventure Travel — Alaska cruises and cruisetours, wildlife, glaciers and experiences that go well beyond simply seeing a destination from a ship.
• Caribbean & All-Inclusive Resorts — Relaxing escapes, adults-only getaways, family vacations and romantic trips where the goal is to slow down and enjoy the experience.
• Hawaii & the South Pacific — From island-hopping in Hawaii to bucket-list escapes in Tahiti and Bora Bora.
• Ireland — Escorted tours, cultural experiences, golf and opportunities to explore beyond the usual tourist stops.
• Ski Vacations — Helping skiers find the right resort, accommodations and travel arrangements based on their experience and priorities.
• Honeymoons & Special Occasions — Trips designed around the moments you'll remember for years.
• Group & Multigenerational Travel — Coordinating the many moving pieces that come with traveling together.

And that's only the beginning.

More Than What's on the Website

GeorgeWisdom.com is a starting point—not the full extent of what I offer. The website gives you access to a tremendous number of vacation possibilities. But you don't have to sort through all of them yourself. That's one of the reasons I became a travel advisor.

I enjoy the research. I enjoy learning about destinations. And I especially enjoy helping someone go from “We've always wanted to do that” to “We're actually going.”

Why George Wisdom Dream Vacations?

Because travel should feel exciting—not overwhelming. I want my clients to feel confident about the choices they're making and know that someone is paying attention to the details. Whether you're planning a once-in-a-lifetime adventure, a long-awaited getaway, a family vacation or simply a few days somewhere warm, I'll help you navigate the options and find what fits.

Your dreams. Your budget. My expertise.
